Sometimes I feel like I need to go out and travel. I'm in my 20s for god sake!

When in doubt..bake.

I really need to get this negative emotions away before it gets worse. Lately, I have been so angry and short tempered until I don't even know why I'm angry at the first place *sigh* I really need to fix this short fuse of mine. So what better way to channel these angers that has been inside me with baking :P I know, how lame. But baking makes me happy and shit. So whatever man. I've been dying to try baking Marble Cheese Brownies. Found a recipe that seems pretty legit. Gave it a try. So now its in the oven.

Ingredients:

Brownie Batter:

• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cut into cubes ( I used regular butter bcs I don't care)
• 60 grams of cooking chocolate, chopped ( I was too lazy to measure my chocolates, but I put around 200gm :D Sue me for putting more chocolate! I hope they'll taste good)
• 1 cup of sugar ( I used brown sugar )
• 2 large eggs ( used Grade A eggs)
• 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Cheese Batter: 

• 220 gm of cream cheese, well softened ( used 250g)
• 1/3 sugar (used brown sugar for this too)
• 1 large egg yolk
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Make sure the oven rack is in the middle position. 
2. Butter or put baking paper an 8-inch square baking pan.
3. Melt butter and chocolate using double boiling method. Stir occasionally, until melted.
4. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
5. Put in flour and fold the batter until combined with a spatula or wooden spoon. 
6. Spread 3/4 of the batter in the baking pan.

For cheesecake batter:

1. Whisk together cheesecake batter ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Dollop over brownie batter and put in the 1/4 brownies batter on top, then swirl in with a wooden stick/chopsticks/spatula/knife.
3. Bake at 180C around 35 minutes or until edges are slightly puffed and center is set.

I'm not really good at explaining.

Why do I have to be so curious about the past? Knowing half of it was enough to consume all the negativeness around me. I shouldn't have asked. But I couldn't help myself to dug it all up. There's a reason why they're in the past. They're not meant to be in the present. And I can't get mad or express this anger of mine anywhere (only here I guess :P). I have no right to be angry because it was all in the past and I wasn't there. So yeah. I hate this. There's nothing much I could do except for this. Over-thinking about this petty things til I get over it. Eventually. 

All I can say is..

Girl crush #3

I've been busy baking brownies and cookies for 3 days straight now. I need sleep and also a really cool room to sleep in. My kitchen is a freaking sauna! While waiting for my first brownies to bake, why not update my blog. Since I don't have anything else to do besides listening to Ariana's new track :D Ariana never fails to disappoint me with her tracks on her upcoming album. I cannot wait for her album! I bet its gonna be awesome. So far, all of her released tracks are pretty addictive. Tbh, this girl got talent. She's not just another young actress/singer wannabe who think she can do both. However, in Ariana's case. She can do both! Yeah shes that talented :P and yes I'm in love with her. I love her style, her voice and her personality. Girl crush alert! Besides Lana Del Rey and Rihanna of course. Its probably cause deeply she kinda understands what I'm feeling right now. Hahahha! *perasan kejap* 

 Anyway enjoy her new song :)
