Triple threat

Kemain nama triple threat bagai :P okay to be honest, I don't know what to letak for the title. Since quite a few of you requested for this recipe ( aceccee~ )
I decided to share this recipe with all of you  \(^ ^)/

Warning : This cookies are super sweet, so you might wanna take a glass of water after you eat them. If you're on a diet or not a sweet tooth then I suggest you reduce the sugar measurement. I'll explain about that later.

Be sure to wash your hands first ;D and also always work in  a neat and clean workstation. Cleanliness is crucial. When I first saw this on Youtube, I knew I have to give it a try. Actually I've used this recipe for several times. This is another easy recipe because  no mixer/scale needed in this recipe. See I'm very naiiss wannn, give ya'll easy recipe ;)  Okay moving on..

Ingredients:
2 cup plus 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, very soft
2/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
2/3 milk chocolate chips

*Since the original recipe only make for about 15-20 cookies (mano cukup! ni 20 cookies habis 5 minit je) , I doubled up the measurements so you can make double the portion*

Procedure: (If you're too lazy to read this, then go the link on the 3rd paragraph)

1. Preheat the oven to 190C. Take a big bowl and dump in the butter and sugar inside. Smush them with a spatula until they're mix together for about 2-3mins (As you can see on the picture above). Make sure the butter is very soft.  I suggest you take them out and leave them in a room temperature for awhile until they're soft. Then put the eggs and vanilla extract in and switch the spatula to a whisk. And whisk the batter for about 20-30 seconds.

2. Sift the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt and mix them into the batter Take your spatula and mix them well.

3. Dump in the 'triple threat': semi sweet choc. chips, white choc. chips, and milk choc. chips and mix them until all the choc. chips are incorporated.

4. Lay out the baking paper on the baking tray. If you have those silicone baking mat, you can use that. (It would be awesome to have that at home :( )  Scoop the batter using a sorbet scoop. I used an ice cream scoop for the first tray and they turned huge after I bake them. Nak senang, guna 2 tea spoons. One for scooping, one for pushing. Easy breezy beautiful..eh? Make sure you leave up some space when you're scooping the batter onto the tray. The cookie will spread while they're baking because baking soda encourages the cookie to spread. (Don't forget to leave up some space as shown on the picture above ok?)

5. Bake them for 10 mins at 375F (since Malaysia guna UK measurement so jadi 190C) Baik kan I dah convert kan :B . If tak cukup tan cookies tu, tambah la a few minutes.

*Some suggestion:  Add some almonds or hazelnuts, about 2/3cups? It'll give some nutty taste to the cookies.

As for those who wants to reduce the sugar measurements, maybe you could leave out the white sugar and just put only the brown sugar? But I'm not sure how the cookies will turn out since I haven't try leaving out the white sugar. I hope it'll be okay (^v^)

Please let them cool off before you store them in the tupperware ^^

See..all gooey and chewy inside :3 Mmmmm
Okay good luck and I hope you'll like it (✿◠‿◠)
